QUALITY CONTROL

Quality Management Process

Material incoming inspector
The purchase department will inform the warehouse keeper and quality inspector to monitoring and control the quality of incoming materials.
First sample inspection
QC have to do the first sample inspection when start producing or after changing or repairing the machine or changing the material.
Routine inspection
During production,the quality inspector have to do sampling inspection in every 2 hours.
Final product inspection
The quality inspector have to assist customer in sampling inspection.The inspection report will be presented to customer.
